Cold as Ice

A paradox of warmth and chill, her icy grace a thing of skill, Cold IPA
We really love this style so we decided to make another beer in Cold IPA series.This time we used more rice in the mix to lighten the color and body even more and we did DDH with generous amounts of hops for a nice mix of citrusy, tropical and a bit piney feel. There is also a nice lingering bitterness that invites for another sip.

Alcohol: 6.6 %
Hops: Citra, Ekuanot and Strata
Extract: 14.7 %
Bitterness: 60 IBU
Color: 8 EBC
