KB: What was the idea that lead the design?
VV: The idea of fruit opium as an exotic aphrodisiac.
KB: What was the inspiration?
VV: A set of effects and post-effects conceived as a unique form of taste that is at once harmonius and confusing.
KB: What it a taste of the beer that defined design of the label?
VV: Taste is able to make you to bold, it triggers sensors you don`t know where they are going and you have no fear of the destination – it`s the dynamics that make this form.
KB: How does it feel like to do a design for the first Serbian craft beer?
VV: Comfortable. Informal. Close.
KB: What is your favorite Kabinet beer?
VV: Lutka, Plavo and Shake Those Melons.
Vaštag Vendel, graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, realizes artistic projects through movie, performance, installation, design, painting… He has received several Europen awards and his works are in private collections in London, Düsseldorf, Copenhagen, Yekaterinburg and Trenton. He presented art projects in Düsseldorf, Bocholt, Seoul, Montpellier, Belgrade etc. With his team, he realizes video and music production under the label Bad Memory Music. He currently lives in Belgrade.
